Are you sure this is opposition just because someone else endorses it? Or maybe this is opposition to a good chef with a terrible ability to implement real ideas to create real results?

Yeah, a lot of people are pissed off about the changes. Our relationship with food has been changing over the past few generations and many kids today won’t eat unprocessed food. Without the chemicals it just doesn’t taste right for them. Fewer people know how to cook for themselves these days and really on prepackaged food which makes them obese and gives the diabetes. It’s really pretty sad and it is a national crisis.
