Supposedly it happened in the late 60s (according to Joel Gilbert in his stupid film in 2008).
But Ann Dunham was already in Indonesia and the photos did not come from Davis. It was a bunch of Romney supporters who dug up those unrelated photos from a 1969 magazine.
And, as was noted earlier, it doesn’t even look like her.
