I see little point in a public discussion of Trump’s mental state. It was obvious to most anyone who did not support him that he does not have the character or mental acuity to occupy the post of President, but it is not going to result in anything other than a lot of empty counter-arguments on Fox and in the RW press about him being a “stable genius”.

It won’t convince anyone who is part of the GOP crazification factor. That’s not the point.

The point is to hammer this home with the magic balance fariyists and the “I don’t vote because politics doesn’t affect me” crowds. Those are the people to convince.

I noted a statistic that broke out the voters in Texas in the last election. Unlike my state’s usual approximate 80% turnout, Texas is not a red state, it’s a non-voting state (the percentage of non-voters there is almost as high as the percentage of voters here).

Those are the people to reach.
