It’s probably not legally actionable, but it does demonstrate a really ugly state of mind.

It’s not only ugly but a good indicator that this person is losing his self control. Such people can be dangerous, mostly to themselves, but they bear watching. At least there are multiple witnesses who have seen the post before it gets buried.
