He throws around a lot of money to left leaning causes so when Glenn Beck lays out all the connections on the chalkboard it appears he’s the mastermind of a great conspiracy. Same thing with the Koch Bros. These people have a lot of connections and money buys influence. Exactly how much control they retain with their funding is suspect. Although I still suspect the Koch Bros had some influence in the rise of Glenn Beck and the brief resurgence of of the John Birch Society there’s no way to prove it and I seriously doubt they could have engineered it even if they wanted to.
This stuff quickly gets into tinfoil hat territory.
