Sorry Gus, but no. I agree with JAH: I cannot imagine that she did not know her husband was sick in the head, although perhaps she did not know the depths of his evil. But she chose to avert her eyes, as to a greater degree of culpability did Joe Paterno. For doing such she must pay the penalty and as JAH said she’s lucky that is only the loss of her husband’s pension. That money would by rights belong to Jerry Sandusky’s victims, not to her.
