Back in the Occupy days I never supported OWS as such - also for the reason you outline, although I did write a lot in defense of it against the unfair attacks (from the likes of Killgore Trout).

I mostly didn’t pay much attention to OWS. It seemed clear to me from the beginning of the movement they had no idea what they were doing, or what they even really wanted.

I would rather work in a pragmatic fashion to achieve more liberal goals (like run for office and bring forth ideas in a political forum).

Reading now about William Pierce. Boy, he was a real piece of work
