I am in favor of comprehensive immigration reform, but the whole discussion just gets beaten down to “build a wall!” and “round ‘em all up!”. That is a far cry from what this nation needs or what could be considered just, humane and, well, American.

And their fear is that comprehensive immigration reform means not only that minorities will get to stay, but more will get to come in legally.
