I’m always skeptical when it comes to pictures of crimes published on the internet.

I also know that switching is still a common form of discipline advocated by whacky Christians and those who are still living a backwoods existence as far as parenting goes.

No one is required to take a class on the legalities of disciplining a child in 2014.

If he has no previous DV background, I would give him the benefit of the doubt that he simply did not know better, but would require some HEAVY Social Services monitoring and classes on his part.

What does anything have to do with internet? What kind of argument is that? You know very well the pictures come from the police report, and they were published a long time ago, and even posted here (incl. by myself).

It is also obvious that you don’t do to a child something that causes what is depicted on these photos. One doesn’t need to take “classes” to know that.

The guy should receive some time.
