Franken hasn’t left the Senate yet.
He did not give a specific resignation date.

Doesn’t matter…Schumer, Gillibrand and most of the Dem Senate caucus want him gone and I think it’s been made pretty clear by them that as long as Franken stays, he gets no support from them on anything.

That’s an awfully lonely and untenable position to be in, especially when you have millions of constituents that count on you.
