Yeah, people act like union workers are scum. I can tell you this much while I never knew my great grandfathers, I can tell you that they were some of the hardest working men you’d ever meet. My mom’s mom’s dad raised five children as a widower before remarrying. It really is too bad that he never got to enjoy retirement and he didn’t get to meet my mom and her brother either. Black lung, quite a shame.
