Not major hurricanes (Cat 3 or higher) at landfall. It was a Cat 3 over the open water, but came ashore in the US at Cat 1 or tropical/extratropical storm (especially over NJ/NY/CT).
We’d just have to ignore the size of the storm, the number of people affected, and the massive and widespread flooding that resulted from those storms, even though they didn’t have the wind speeds associated with particularly devastating storms at landfall.
