Just going to point out that the “Asatru Folk Assembly” is not a Christian sect. Rather, they use the notion of the Norse pantheon to actually push a “volkish” (read: white) religion.

Now, given that information, I think it’s less likely that a conservative court would vote for this, because AFA is obviously not Christian. However, that’s not a zero possibility.

I blame NBC for not being clearer about this. *rolls eyes*
