If Saudi Arabia wants the bomb why would they bother trying to get the plans from the US? M ugh easier to ask Pakistan, surely.

Russia might be interested in knowing what the US knows about Russian systems, but doesn’t really have much to learn about making bombs from the US.

Nuclear weapons are 1940s / 1950s technology. The obsession with secrecy is much more about letting the info get to non-state actors. Any country more developed/richer than Pakistan can get the bomb if it wants.

imo - ‘how to build a bomb’ would not be the kind of info he’d have
