I feel like my responses to you are becoming increasingly antagonistic, and I want to pull back from that.

I think that you may be not fully reading the responses, and possibly knee-jerking your reaction. Whatever you think the reasons Trump won the general, his history of sexual harassment was a known factor, and 46% of the voters *were okay with it*. Trump’s low approval rating right now has very little to do with sexual harassment until about the past two weeks, and there is no credible argument to make that it is a significant factor over emoluments or Russia.

You still are unable or unwilling to see nuance in offense, and have not touched on why you think measured responses are inappropriate. Can you give us a hint on what you’re thinking with that, please? It can’t be that ‘women voters will love us if we make everyone with an allegation resign’, because that is just…not the way things work.
