I love it when it demands that I lift the 40 pound bag of water softener salt out of my cart and onto its 18 inch scale then locks up.

The ones I’ve used have an option that says, “I don’t want to bag this item.” I usually get into trouble with fresh produce because there’s no scan tag, so you have to pick the right item, and measure it, and the search interface is terribad.
