I think Says Who Cohen is saying a whole lot in trying to prevent what the Feds found in their searches.

Not a lawyer, but doesn’t Cohen trying to prevent them using the evidence sort of say to the Feds and maybe even to the judges that what they asked for in the searches and were granted is probably what they got and Cohen knows it?

I hope the judges rule the search was legit and for the Feds to proceed.

Maybe that is the little thin mint I just mentioned that pushes Trumpy over the edge.

We might be getting to the real tipping point here. Just days away. Last night on MSNBC several people seemed to be saying Mueller is close to buttoning up his case and ready to report. He doesn’t even seem to need Trump to testify.

Maybe Trump not testifying is the cherry on top of obstruction. Trump and his lawyers were all brave about “bring it on…there was no collusion.” Now, they are running from all that. The bravado is gone. The reality is now here.
