only that your economic future and well-being is on you
government is always slow to react and it’s solutions, by it’s nature, are never adequate, comprehensive, nor full coverage

Understood. But sometimes you have to just pack up and move. Unless you are the one starting the business, if there is nothing there for you…then what?
