If it indeed it was sarin that was used, Assad got it from somewhere. Sarin’s the kind of stuff that’s usually reserved for state actors. Only one terrorist group I’m aware of (and someone please correct me if I’m wrong) has ever successfully manufactured and used sarin in a terrorist act - Aum Shinrikyo, and they had resources that Da’esh and al-Qaeda could only dream of.

Even if Assad had it, it was supposedly turned over to the Russians to “destroy” per the agreements Obama and others made with Russia and Syria wasn’t it? I think it is fairly obvious where it came from. And Donny may have gotten played. And that wouldn’t be a surprise.
