Not only the Post Office, also UPS said 2 packages would be delivered to me on the 20th…they weren’t delivered until the 29th. 9 days in a row the UPS tracker web page said they were out for delivery…and at 9PM the status shifted back to “preparing for delivery”…

UPS uses the USPS for a good account of their deliveries, even in part. And USPS in full for all remote locations.
