If you use a 140-character talistag, it is theoretically impossible to tweet something so offensive that you get sent to the Twitter Gulag..

You get thrown into the ‘gulag’ (I’m not quite sure how being locked out of a place is the same as a gulag, but…) is by tweeting too many people not following you, or by being blocked by a number of people within a short time.
