It doesn’t have to pass the House, it has to go to a House/Senate conference to “iron out” the differences between the bill the House passed and the bill the Senate Passed.
Let us hope that the conference committee takes out the provisions that allow the Federal Government to overrule your decisions on your health care, seconded by your Doctor and agreed to by either your Health Insurer or Medicare, at a minimum.

You are correct, they will reconcile the bills.
Isn’t just Medicare in the Bill that lets the Feds barge in?
