I would figure that Hillary’s legal team would likely file for dismissal as Tulsi is a public figure and she wasn’t identified by Hillary.

On the facts, nothing substantiates the case. But then again, Clinton’s team could also request expedited discovery to force Tulsi to drop the case.

its about publicity, not winning. tulsi is shopping her next career.

since clinton didnt mention anyone by name and tulsi isnt the only female candidate, she’d have to argue that the only person the original no-name quote could be referring to is herself.

ie conceding “who else but me could possibly be a russian asset?”

and thus ends the case
