I imagine that is the big reason that his campaign is not trying to talk him out of the debates: They think this might be their “ace in the hole,” that if he gives a great performance then it will make up for all those ad buys they had to pull out of, and if he does poorly they can spin something about his being “genuine” or slip rumors to the press that Joe was “coached.”

The Usual Assholes on Twitter are already pushing the “Biden was coached” bullshit!
