Could CNN sue him for his use of their symbol—copyright something something? (Not asking if it would be wise to sue everyone who uses your company’s symbol). Thought there might be some liability issue here for the video-maker.

But it occurs to me that if someone on the Intertubes used the logo of Trump Industries or whatever it’s called, DJT and sons would make noise about suing such a person.
