Four seconds is a lot longer than the exposure time of a camera taking that image. Which really means his hand was on her butt in the photo.

WIth that in mind, the next part of the actual evidence is the photo. That is where it should be judged as far as in agreement with her story. Is it?

The photo is sort of just upper torso. No indication of what is going on below waist level.
