Wordle question (for Charles or anyone):

How does Wordle display double letters in the guesses (vowels or consonants)?

I was going to use SALAD in a recent guess- but thought better of it for obvious reasons: but I was wondering (especially as ABBEY was the Answer the other day) how that would appear in the “guess” boxes.

It doesn’t have any special way of indicating double letters - you just have to try them to find out.
