There is a constitutional question as to whether President’s can be indicted while in office. They are usually impeached instead. Trump would be an “unindicted co-conspirator.”
I meant indicted by implication. I know he can’t legally as a president. But who all is going to accept a presidency that has it’s entire main staff and other principals indicted? That hopefully will lead to an impeachment. That would still be an indictment in the second main definition of the word.
That really is my point. Call it the public court that issues the indictment. That is where politics is played.
