Yeah, that whole ‘residency’ thing was weird. But he put some money in Jim Dolan’s pocket, so it’s all good.

Fun fact: A casual friend from the club circuit out here who had a BJ tribute band actually got hired by Billy to be his ‘stunt singer’ - hitting all the notes that Billy can’t hit any more.

‘Stunt singers’ are apparently a thing - I met a young Brit a couple of years ago who does the same thing for Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull.
