No, you can make any observation about a woman’s clothing you want. But you (and others) do so at your own risk. There are nine other individuals besides me who found your comment at a minimum tone deaf (given yesterday thread about sexual harassment) and down dinged you. Hell, Charles even gave you a WTF post.
