I am somewhat pathetic. Based on the rave reviews here, I bought an Instant Pot early in October and it’s still sitting in its box in my office. Just haven’t had the energy to master a new appliance! I have a slow cooker that I use to make stew and chili, but haven’t tackled the Instant Pot yet—I mostly want to try it for ribs, which I hear are great.

There is a bit of a learning curve. Cool thing is that there are so many recipes for it on the ‘net that you can get a feel for timing pretty quick.like, I still use my regular meatloaf recipe, etc. but check other recipes for timing. Once you start using it you will find it really easy.
