Holy shit, in San Francisco?! That’s possibly the greatest bargain in history!

According to the article, the homeowners’ association attorney is claiming the purchasers (who bought the common areas: The streets, the sidewalks, parking, parks, &c) are simply exploiting the tax issue to make a buck. He also claims the city should have notified them and claims the city had a bad address for the association.

The city is claiming if that is true, the association should have known better.
