It isn’t a time of increased prosperity for the uneducated. Their high-paying jobs went away due to automation and globalism. It isn’t even a time of increased prosperity for knowledge-workers. It’s been a decade since I saw a raise greater than the cost of living.

That’s true as well. OTOH a lot of the guys who lead these racist movements i.e. Spencer and Bannon are very much elites.
