Not just in KY, but Jesus Christ, all of these ACA-phobes are going to be in for a rude awakening if Paul Ryan and the rest of the Legion of Doom get their way.

Bevin abolished Kynect and wanted to replace it with what Pence did in Indiana.
The rollout was bungled and Bevin also got rid of the internet and telephone support for the replacement program, so no one was able to figure out what to do.
