I get that but the question remains. Their lungs expand (sorta) but don’t their dicks do the same thing? Since I don’t have one, I never investigated how these ED drugs work.

And a big scam. Dude is in jail here in Ohio I believe for all kinds of things starting with fraud and money laundering. I think his company got sued by many people that were ripped off believing those commercials.
