I’m I the only one who thinks that the hotels.com commercial is icky? One guy is being carried by two others down a hall. The next bit shows a man in a bubble-filled bath with two guys blowing into straws at his feet while the first guy leans back very relaxed.

That’s what’s going on in that commercial?

I thought they were drinking his bathwater through the straws! I absolutely refused to pause the DVR and double-check. I figured it was just another disgusting modern marketing hook (“Did you see that commercial where…?”) and by now standards have sunk so low that I wasn’t surprised by such a repugnant notion.

Although, now that you describe it, what’s really going on doesn’t sound that much better than what I THOUGHT was going on.
