Value of life according to various government agencies:

EPA - $9.1 million
FDA - $7.9 million
OMB - $7-9 million

Note - these numbers may not be 2020 values, but it never changes that much from year to year. Government a value to risk-analysis.

So, 1x10^6 lives * $8 x10^6 /life (I took the middle of OMB) = $8x10^12

So, 1 million people == $8 trillion
