I received a phone call yesterday from ‘Restricted’, who said he was the president of the company I work for. He assured me that when the governor said everybody must stay home, she didn’t mean me. I have a piece of paper with a xerox of a letter from Restricted’s boss that says I may transit from home to work right out in the open, so long as I am carrying this piece of paper.

I have one of those. Because there are so many of us, traffic was just as crappy today as it was before the lockdowns.
