So I told Mrs Cranky that we were going to an event.

She asked, “What gives you the right to decide for both of us?”

I replied, “I have the penis.”

She proceeded to give me a side-eye that clearly indicated two things: she didn’t find my argument persuasive and that possession of the penis could change.

I don’t think I’m doing this male privilege/patriarchy thing correctly.
