Not really. There are signs that Dodd for one is in real trouble in Connecticut. He’s up for re-election in 2010. There are many congressional districts that are in the THROW THE BUM OUT mood, regardless of what party is ‘in” right now. Coincidently, it happens to be mostly DEMS that are “in” right now
