I do but I can be very hard on myself too. I’ve gotten better. Lexapro has really helped me not just personally but professionally too. I used to get so nervous making telephone calls. I even used to hate addressing people by their names.

I still hate making phone calls, but video calls are fine because I can see the other person’s eyes. I’m on Celexa, which is the same drug, but half of it is an ineffective mirror version of the molecule that’s sorted out in Lexapro to make Lexapro twice as potent, so you need half as much. It made me friendly and outgoing, which was an amazing change.
