I disagree. Claiming minority status (when you aren’t entitled) in order to get a job is a big deal. She’s gone from not knowing anything about it to an “oh yeah” yesterday. My wife is 1/8 Sioux ( I previously claimed 1/4 but I was confused, her G-father is 1/2 not full like his father) and she’s never used it. Her sister has though but she’s entitled to and she has her tribe card to prove it.
