It was an elementary school. I don’t know but I think even if it just involved her being topless there’s something elementary school and her actions, which are weird enough, to cause a lot of people to display so called sexual hang-ups. Child endangerment? No. Just stupid lewdness.

This attitude is one that stems from the belief that young kids are harmed or warped by seeing certain parts of the body.

You came up with a shitload of valid practical reasons public nudity isn’t desirable and if those were the basis for attitudes, I’m be fine with it. What I see though are claims that men will attack and rape a woman if she shows too much skin, or that the woman is somehow less than other woman, a ‘skank’, or a ‘whore’ or a ‘slut’ if she shows too much skin. Men are arrested and charged for pissing in the bushes if someone sees him, and possibly tarred with sexual deviant label if kids happen to be around.

Those are overreactions that need to be excised from our culture.
