According to wikipedia, in March 2000, Clinton flew on an unmarked Gulfstream with another plane using the AF1 call signal following the same route a few minutes later. But it appears that AF1 is the call signal for most planes carrying the president.

Likewise, since it’s not designated Air Force Two, it’s likely not Pence either.
