Suggestion - everyone take a deep breath and calm down. Remember what Edwin Newman (I think) said about television: if you don’t understand it as a business, you don’t understand it.
Beck has a schtick - using the entire of range of human emotions to get his point across. It’s his schtick, see, his attempt at being entertaining and getting noticed, because he wants ratings, because TV is a business. That’s all there is - not at all worthy of notice given all the serious events transpiring these days.
