Of course, McTurtle and Ann Rand Paul hail from a state that has benefited a lot from Medicaid, too. But what do they care. The way those two vote you’d think Kentucky was about the riched state in the union (of course the voters there went ahead and elected a tea bag party dodohead who hates government as governor).
