On of my favorite Far Side cartoons:

Elevator viewed from a lobby.
Left-rear, secretary w/ glasses & armload of file folders.
Next to her, a bear cub, standing upright.
Next, an empty space along the back wall.
Right rear, an enormous bear, standing upright.

Foreground, out in the lobby, man walking away from us, carrying a briefcase, head down.

Secretary looking wide-eyed.
Bear cub looking innocently curious.
Adult bear GLARING downwards at the incoming man.

Caption (IIRC): “Tragedy struck when Conroy, absorbed in work, stepped onto an elevator … in between a mother grizzly and her cub.
