The most amazing such figure comes from California. Do you know what the State Assembly would look like with a PA-18-level swing?

Seventy-eight Democrats and two Republicans (Districts 1 and 34 - and 1 would be recount-close). 78 to 2. Indeed, there’d be three districts where such a swing wouldn’t be possible as the Democrat would win more than 100% of the vote.

The State Senate would be 35 to 5, and it’d be that “close” only because four of the Senate GOoPers would not be up for election.
