We’ve completely skipped over normalized relations to Trump making North Koreans rich and protecting Jong Un to keep him happy.

But Obama was the worst for normalizing relations and lifting sanctions against Cuba that failed to achieve anything they were designed to do.

Mainly, AFAICT, because there isn’t a large voting bloc of Koreans in a swing state obsessed with using political pressure to influence Korean-American relations for their own ends. YMMV…
