African Americans in Kentucky will have every right to sue that their civil rights are violated.

Why? Because the law will never apply to them. Cops will shoot first, and avoid legal consequences for killing them, even if they have a legal right to carry, or to conceal carry without a permit.

These fuckers think it’s the Wild West.

Even the Wild West had strict rules on guns (think having to turn in guns to the sheriff).

Duh, the purpose of this law is to make it easier for Bubbas to kill black folk. Black folks already have no 2nd Amendment rights - Philando Castile showed that - now it’s just a matter of making sure that every Bubba has a gun on him at all times so that when he pretends he’s threatened he can get away with murder via the stand your ground laws.

Anyone who thinks the courts will do anything about this is fooling themselves.
